Having problems downloading the vp3 patch?

I have here 2 easy places to acquire the vp3 patch.

    #1)  Vp3 Patch from Files Planet -     Click here

#2) Click here and use the login             

Vpool -   login

                      Vpool  - password (notice capital V)

Click on the Vp3 Patch folder and then on the file inside .. then click on download.
